Having trained as a chef in Switzerland over thirty years ago, Berkeley Gaunt has enormous experience of cooking the sort of food that people rave about. In 1990 he started making a small range of relishes and preserves for clients of his catering company and since then has continuously fine tuned the recipes so that now he and his small team of colleagues offer products that are remarkably and consistently excellent.

Everything we produce in our Hampshire kitchen is hand-made in small batches, using traditional methods and the finest ingredients available. We ensure that our food is of the highest quality by sourcing only the finest produce – for example, the lemon juice we use is that freshly squeezed by us from whole lemons; the only oil we use is extra virgin olive oil.

Our philosophy is to produce food to the highest standard possible, not down to a commercial price. Because of this, our products may not be the cheapest around, but they will certainly be of outstanding quality.
